Perfect place for a short stay! Very responsive and friendly host who was understanding and helpful-reached out when we left behind some items. Back balcony is lovely and quiet, the perfect place to have coffee in the morning! Very well-stocked kitchen, and quick walk to Center Street restaurants. Perfect setting and that it was quiet yet could easily walk to everything. Our bike trip got rained out, but we were happy to have a nice place to stay.!

The home was clean and comfortable. It was easy to get to from the highway with lots of street parking. It was one of the nicer homes in the area based on curb appeal. The check in process was easy and the hosts were very proactive and accommodating.

Very nice and quiet place. Will definitely stay here again, everything from booking to checkout was easy, efficient and pleasant. It is very clean and very well kept. Great location, close to a lot of things but also out of the way so you can enjoy the peace and quiet. Nothing to dislike.

My fiance and I enjoyed our stay while visiting the area for a wedding. Every single detail was as advertised, and the location was perfect. We will definitely consider this host again in the future if we come back to the area.

We enjoyed the dinner train from Canal Street and H Livingston's place was perfect for the overnight following. The bed is super comfortable. The designated parking spot was convenient. This place is even more spacious than pictures show. The bright kitchen was a great coffee spot in the morning. We will book again.

We had a great stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Communication was easy and check-in was smooth. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay again!

Had a great stay at this place. Right near the Historic business district. Small town that seems to be on it's way up. New restaurants, business, and city street upgrades. House is a block away. Easy to park, find, and get in. Enough kitchen necessesities to handle a pop up Thanksgiving for 5 adults and a dog. Would rebook, for sure, if I'm back that way.

I highly recommend H Livingston’s place to anyone who is visiting Cumberland. Home is located just few minutes walk from the Cumberland visitor center. Host is highly responsive and very friendly.

My family and I had a great stay. We were in town for my daughter’s graduation. This location was unique because it had two separate apartments in the same building. This allowed for my parents to be under the same roof but for us to have our privacy when sleeping. We were in walking distance of restaurants and historic building. The train ran often but was not loud. Our dog enjoyed walking downtown and being able to come with us. Unfortunately it rained for most of our trip but we had fun utilizing the space and playing cards. The doors lock automatically making sure you stay safe in your environment. Having a dedicated parking space and street parking made it convenient as well! The beds were very comfortable and smelled really good too! And finally the hosts were extremely communicative, answering questions before we could ask. We will be back. ❤️😊
